it's always a tough thing to decide who to put where. at first i was thinking about doing good vs. evil but i just didn't think there were enough bad guys to put on one side. my second instinct was to just put characters that are in the same universe in their own little area and i wasn't sure where the odd end guys like pit, game and watch, or ice climbers. and my last thought and final choice was to do the veterans versus the newbies. i think this worked well and for the most part almost every veteran is positioned directly across from their rival/opposite/equal at angle or directly across. except for a handful of characters. anyways i tried my best to balance it out and i think it came together in the end. now i can finally put the smash brush away and pick up a controller and actually play the game more.
