is the title of the next Gallery 27 show here in Chicago that i'm submitting designs for.

it's a video game themed show focusing on items that increase the power to the player. this can be interpreted in many ways.

i will be submitting 3 print designs, a 2D/3D stone pixel character/item and possibly a mini sculpt that i will post afterward but i can let you know right now some of the characters/games/themes i'm drawing inspiration from - mario bros 3, legend of zelda, strategy guides, rupees, level design, pokemon, pokeballs, ice climbers, mushrooms.

if you live in chicago and love video games, you have to check it out. prints will be available for purchase at the show and online after the show has expired.

Dude. So. I have a question. I was wondering if I could use your badass DonkeyKong drawing. You see, my friend wants me to paint this on the wall of his store..(I'm..an..artist of sorts. I mainly just..doodle shit I find on google, haha.) but he wants this piece specifically. And I wanted to make sure it was okay with you, since it is of course, your artwork.
